Direct Connections to Africa's June 2009 trip was a great success!
We are proud to host several volunteers who offered their passion and expertise to provide needed education for the village's children.
It was wonderful to witness firsthand how DCTA has made a tremedous difference in the village. Our original vision of a village pre school has turned into a reality, and now is a beacon of learning for this deserving group of people. Congratuations to all of you for your donations which helped provide supplies for teachers, funds for an educational center/medical office, and an expansion of our scholarship and job development program. Our medical clinic and recreational programs are off to a great start thanks to your continued support.
We look forward to your future involvement to fulfill our goals.
And always remember, a very little act can make a big difference.
